Qualifying net profit =
Actual client receipts after discount − documented direct expenses − allocated labor − allocated overhead − refunds and chargebacks.
- Only positive net profit qualifies. Zero or negative profit means no donation.
- Calculation follows project completion and payment reconciliation. For monthly plans, only the first month qualifies.
- 30% of qualifying positive net profit is donated: 15% to Idaho recovery support and 15% to Idaho suicide prevention.
- Donations are made by Radiant Reach and are not tax deductible to the client.

1. Promotion period and new-client eligibility
Hope in Action is available to new Radiant Reach clients only. To qualify, mention code HOPEINACTION before your agreement, sign the agreement, and pay the required deposit during November 1–December 31, 2026, inclusive. Both signing and deposit payment must occur within that window. Consultation or inquiry alone does not secure eligibility. The approved discount and qualifying scope must be recorded in the agreement.
2. Eligible services and discount
The discount is 10% off selected services only: Starter Marketing ($350/month to $315 for the first month), Growth Marketing ($700/month to $630 for the first month), Premium Marketing ($1,200/month to $1,080 for the first month), and Google Business Profile Optimization ($200 to $180). Business Planning & Foundation and Government Contracting & Capability Development may receive 10% off a custom quote only where Radiant Reach has preapproved a positive margin. No other packages or services are eligible.
3. Monthly plans and exclusions
For monthly marketing plans, the discount applies to the first month only. Regular rates apply thereafter: $350, $700, and $1,200 per month respectively. Donation eligibility is likewise limited to the first month. No discount applies to add-ons, grants, retainers, investor readiness, or events. For an agreement with both qualifying and excluded services, only the explicitly approved qualifying scope is included. Existing package inclusions, service scope, payment terms, and agreement obligations remain unchanged except for the approved promotional discount.
4. No stacking or cash alternative
Hope in Action cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers. There is no cash alternative. The code must be mentioned before the agreement; this is not a retroactive discount for existing agreements.
5. Net-profit calculation
Radiant Reach will donate 30% of positive net profit attributable to a qualifying project. Net profit means actual client receipts after the promotional discount, less documented direct expenses, allocated labor, allocated overhead, and refunds or chargebacks attributable to the qualifying project. These costs and adjustments must be documented. The donation is not based on gross revenue, invoice value, deposits alone, or the client’s payment before expenses. No donation is due on zero or negative net profit.
6. Reconciliation and timing
The donation is calculated after project completion and payment reconciliation. For monthly plans, only the first month’s qualifying work, receipts, expenses, labor, overhead, and payment adjustments are used, after that month’s work is complete and reconciled. Refunds and chargebacks reduce the attributable profit. No minimum donation amount or fixed donation date is guaranteed before final reconciliation.
7. Idaho allocation and recipient status
Of qualifying positive net profit, 15% is designated for Idaho recovery support and 15% for Idaho suicide prevention, totaling 30%. Idaho recipient organizations to be announced. Recipient organizations are not yet confirmed. Names will be updated here after confirmation. No organization is represented as a partner, sponsor, or endorser of Radiant Reach or this promotion.
8. Source of donations and client tax treatment
Donations are made by Radiant Reach from its own qualifying net profit. The client purchases professional services and does not make a charitable donation through this offer. Donations under this promotion are not tax deductible to the client.
9. Legal review
These promotional terms are subject to final legal review. The final reviewed promotional terms and qualifying scope should be confirmed in the written agreement before signing and deposit payment. Contact Radiant Reach with any eligibility, pricing, or donation-calculation questions before entering into an agreement.
